Returns & Exchanges
Should you not be happy with your purchase, you are able to return the ordered products to us. We only accept returns within 7 days of the time you received your shipment in original and non-used condition. Shipping cost for returns must be paid by the customer. We usually credit the amount back to your payment card within 3 days of receiving the returned items. We recommend sending the items back with a provider offering tracking and insurance.
Items sold at 50% off or more are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For all damages to your items please contact us via email at email@example.com and please attach pictures of the item, the damage, and include your receipt number, order number, or proof of purchase.
